Woodstock Farm Intimate Wedding // Bellingham, WA // Kristine + Eric
Kristine and Eric’s intimate wedding on July 24, 2021 was nothing short of amazing! They had originally planned a much larger wedding at another location, but due to COVID, they had to make some changes. Kristine and Eric got married at an earlier date and opted to have a relaxed celebration with their family at Woodstock Farm in Bellingham.
On the evening of their wedding, I met Kristine and Eric at their apartment where they were both getting ready and getting together all the details and food for their DIY charcuterie board. After they were both ready, we all went down to a boardwalk through the woods in the back of their apartment complex where they wanted to do their first look. Honestly, it was all just so cute! You’d never know that the boardwalk was in their apartment complex from the photos! We were completely surrounded by trees and sunlight, making for a beautiful and intimate first look. After their first look, we walked back up to their apartment to snag some photos with their two cats, Gandalf and Khatleesi. Best idea ever. Everyone’s swooning over photos with their dogs on their wedding day, but sleeping on photos with their cats! So, this is your sign -> take photos with your cat(s)!
We finished loading up their car with their decor and food and headed out to Woodstock Farm, which was only 15 minutes away! Kristine and Eric’s parents along with Kristine’s siblings were the first to arrive. Kristine’s sister and her mom help set-up the charcuterie board on the table under the tent, the drinks, and table decor while Eric went down to the ceremony spot to put together their arch and attach their florals. It was definitely one of the most relaxed little moments with family hanging out together and helping prep for the wedding that I’ve ever encountered! These are the moments of intimate weddings that I absolutely adore being a part of.
Kristine and Eric exchanged their vows in an open grassy area on the farm with the water below us and the mountains in the distance. An absolutely gorgeous view for their ceremony!
After the ceremony, we walked back up to feast on the charcuterie board put together by Kristine’s mom and sister, cut the STUNNING cake by Antler Baking Co., and make some toasts!
I absolutely adored Kristine and Eric’s intimate wedding with their families. It was such an amazing day. There’s always something so special about intimate weddings that I can never get enough of, so check out there’s below!
