Appointment with American Citizens Services unit:
To obtain a marriage/divorce affidavit and a certified copy of your passport (if required), you must make an appointment first. Make sure to bring your appointment confirmation page, passport, appropriate fee and method of payment, completed affidavit, and a clear copy of the first page of your passport.
Obtain a certified Thai translation of the document(s):
This can be done through a professional translation service.

8 Hour ~ $8,000
Perfect for couples wanting to capture the main highlights of their elopement day. Typically this package will cover getting ready moments, your ceremony, formal portraits with family at the ceremony site *if applicable*, couples portraits in a beautiful location, and a celebration after your ceremony – this could be a picnic on a mountain top, a drink at a local bar, or an intimate dinner with your guests.
12 Hour ~ $10,000
Perfect for couples looking for complete coverage of their elopement story. This package offers the ultimate day-of storytelling experience. From waking up and having coffee with your partner to roasting marshmallows on a fire after dawn. Couple’s who are eloping just the two of them will select this package to document their day for the friends + family who are not in attendance to have that opportunity to experience the full day. Also ideal for couples bringing friends + family and would like to have their full day with their guests documented.
Multi-Day ~ $12,000
Perfect for couples wanting a multi-day experience with a lot of adventure. This package is best if you’re wanting to elope in one epic location and also experience another epic location the following day. An example of this would be eloping in the mountains in Portugal’s Peneda-Gerês National Park and the following day driving out to Portugal’s beautiful coastline and saddle up for horseback riding along the beach.
Complete Elopement Getaway Coverage ~ $20,000
The ultimate of the ultimate elopement experience. Perfect for couples possibly traveling with family and/or friends who would like to document their full destination elopement story. This could include, but not limited to, an intimate welcome dinner with your guests the day prior to your elopement, your elopement day and a celebration with your guests, and a day of adventures with your significant other the day after your elopement.
This package also is perfect for couples traveling solo and would like for their destination elopement to be full of adventure. This can include hiking to a remote location and camping, taking a sailboat to a private island, or filling multiple days with activities i.e. kayaking, boating, fishing, wild animal encounters, the options are absolutely endless!
